Fond du Lac Credit Union makes it easy for you to access your money while on the go by providing a variety of card services to fit your needs, such as debit cards, travel money cards, Visa gift cards, and credit cards.
Debit Cards
Any Fond du Lac Credit Union member with a personal checking account may apply for a debit card. When using this card to make a purchase, the purchase amount will be deducted from your checking account. You can use your debit card to get cash back from a purchase by using the issued PIN.
You may also use your debit card to withdraw cash from an ATM. Withdrawals from ATMs can be made from your personal checking account or a Fond du Lac Credit Union savings account.
The daily limits per debit card number are as follows:
- Point-of-sale (POS) transactions: $1,500.00
- ATM transactions: $310.00
You can make unlimited withdrawals at the FDLCU ATM with your FDLCU Debit Card. The first five withdrawals per month at a non-FDLCU-owned ATM are free, however, you may be charged a surcharge fee by the owner of the ATM. ATMs within the Alliance One or Shazam networks are surcharge fee-free options.

Shazam Debit Rewards
As an FDLCU debit cardholder, you have a chance to win great prizes every time you use your debit card to make a point-of-sale purchase! The more you use your debit card, the more chances you'll have to win valuable prizes. The prizes change quarterly, and SHAZAM, our debit card provider, randomly selects eight winners every month and one grand prize winner at the end of each quarter.

How to Obtain a Debit Card
You will need to meet with one of Fond du Lac Credit Union’s member consultants to order a debit card. Appointments are preferred, though we do accept walk-ins.

Lost or Stolen Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-383-8000.
Travel Money Cards
A Travel Money Card is a prepaid card that is accepted anywhere debit cards are accepted, including point-of-sale PIN transactions, signature transactions, and ATMs. It is a great alternative to taking cash, credit cards, or debit cards when you are traveling. You may even want to use this card for purchases made on the web for extra security. It's safer than a debit card—if it's stolen, thieves have no access to your account.

Need a gift? Whether it's a holiday, birthday, wedding, graduation, or any occasion, our gift card makes the perfect present. The Fond du Lac Credit Union Visa Gift Card is convenient to give and easy to use. Cards can be loaded in amounts from $10 to $500 and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
